RSS Aggregators / Feeds
So here I am - finally made it to Week 4 of the Learning 2.0 Basics. I can't see myself getting involved in this on a regular basis as the sheer volume of information / data available just through the 5 feeds I have added is mind blowing.
A quick read of the newspaper, a magazine of interest and current affairs programme will do me fine. I also spend time with like minded people on a regular basis where we share information about our topics of interest.

ReplyDeleteI agree about whe volume of information - it can be so overwhelming - the RSS reader is meant to help organise the info but I often take one look at all the unread items and feel like it is too much pressure! Reminds me of my email inbox!!

ReplyDeleteTotally agree with all your comments. Through lack of time I sometimes don't logon to my account for days and I then find myself not bothering to read most of the content because of the sheer volume you have to sift through.
